We currently accept all Credit Cards as forms of payment. We currently do not accept Visa gift cards or pre-paid gift cards.

If you are unsatisfied with your order, it can be returned for store credit within 30 days of the USPS delivery date. We do not offer refunds at this time.

In the United States, it will take 1 to 3 business days for Priority Mail and 2 to 10 business days for regular parcel mail to deliver. International orders can anticipate their package to arrive in 10 to 60 business days, depending on the location and individual country's customs law. 

You will get a confirmation email when you have placed your order, and another with tracking info when your label has been printed. Once you receive the shipping email please allow 24 to 48 hours for updates to appear.

Yes. Nothing on the outside indicates what is on the inside. All packages are mailed in a brown or white box with the return address as 'The Mothership'. If the order is small, it will be shipped in a colored poly mailer.

By law, international orders that require customs information will have the product information in the corresponding fields. The cost to ship items varies by items weight and shipping option.
