We recommend you clean your pipe before first use.
How To Clean Your Pipe:
- Over a sink, put a pinch of salt and some rubbing alcohol into the pipe. Plug the pipe holes with your fingers and shake, so that the interior resin is dislodged. Repeat and rinse well with warm water. Air dry.
- Boil pipe in water. Place the pipe in an old pot with the water, raising the temperature of the water and the pipe simultaneously to avoid shock. Be sure to ventilate as the boiling will extract a smoky smell. Boil for 10-15 minutes and rinse well with lukewarm water.
- Using a cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, clean resin from the bowl. Rinse and air dry.

If you are unsatisfied with your order, it can be returned for store credit within 30 days of the USPS delivery date. We do not offer refunds at this time.

Order tracking
You will get a confirmation email when you have placed your order, and another with tracking info when your label has been printed. Once you receive the shipping email please allow 24 to 48 hours for updates to appear.

Yes. Nothing on the outside indicates what is on the inside. All packages are mailed in a brown or white box with the return address as 'The Mothership'. If the order is small, it will be shipped in a colored poly mailer.
