We get it. sometimes a toy just doesn’t hit the spot. Unfortunately, all sales are final, and we can’t offer returns or refunds for toys that aren’t your thing. But we still want to hear from you! If a toy gets multiple complaints, we’ll consider removing it from the site. And who knows, you might find a creative new way to use it. If a toy is anal-safe, it’ll say so in the product description. Look for flared bases or secure retrieval cords. NEVER use anything anally that doesn’t have a strong stop point. Butts are adventurous—but they’re also vacuum-sealed wonders, and toys without a base can disappear in a flash.

• “Waterproof” = submersible, bath-time safe.

If your toy arrives damaged or defective, we’ll offer an exact exchange within 30 days of delivery. Just send us your order number, a description of the issue, and a clear photo. If the product has a manufacturer warranty, we’ll help you get in touch with them too!

📦 What If My Package Is Lost or Stolen?

Once a package is marked delivered, we’re not responsible for lost or stolen mail. You’ll need to contact the postal carrier or file a claim. If the package was lost in transit, we’ll help you open a claim and get you a replacement.

📬 Do You Accept Returns?

Please choose your products with care—we want you to be thrilled with your order, but due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final. Once an item leaves our warehouse, it’s considered used and cannot be returned, even if the packaging remains sealed. This policy protects the health, safety, and peace of mind of all our customers.

📮 Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Packages

Double-check your address before placing an order! If a package can’t be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by you, the customer, we’ll issue a refund minus shipping and restocking/processing fee once the unopened package is returned to us.
