📦 Horny Stoner Shipping Policy

Welcome to Horny Stoner—where your toys, tees, and smoke gear ship fast, discreet, and with a whole lot of love. Here's everything you need to know about how your goodies get from our stash to your door:

🛒 Order Processing:

Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays and the occasional pizza emergency).
Most orders ship within 2-3 business days because we know you’re excited.
If you need to change or cancel your order, send an email to info@hornystoner.com within 24 hours. After that, it’s probably already on its way!

📬 Shipping Details:

Most U.S. orders over $75 ship FREE! 🎉
Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days depending on where you live. Hawaii & Alaska tends to take longer because they need to fill a barge, so if your tracking is "stuck" don't fret! They're just waiting for more mail.
Expedited shipping options are available if you need your vibe (or your new favorite shirt) even faster.
Standard-sized products fit in a variety of flat rate boxes.
Oversized products might have extra shipping charges—this will be shown in your cart before checkout. If you have any questions, just reach out!

📦 Discreet Packaging:

We ship everything in plain, boring boxes—no logos, no wild images, no nosey neighbor drama.
Your bank statement will also be discreet, because your business is your business. You'll see HS-website on your bank statement. No one else needs to know you're a Horny Stoner besides us 😅

🛂 Age Requirement:

You must be at least 18 years old to order from Horny Stoner.
By using this site, you’re confirming that you are 18+. We will never knowingly ship to anyone underage. Pinky promise.

🚚 Order Fulfillment:

Nalcor LLC & Headshop is our fulfillment partner.
If you can't find your order tracking email, search for please email us and we'll be able to pass along the info or look into where it is.

📬 Confirm Your Shipping Address:

Double-check your shipping address before you check out. Once a package leaves our warehouse, it’s in the carrier’s hands.
We are not liable for delivery issues like:
- If you’re no longer at the address (e.g., hotel or moved)
- If you don’t claim the package in time from a pickup location
- If it’s misdelivered due to an address mistake

Products returned to us for bad addresses or unclaimed deliveries will go back into our inventory.

You’ll be charged for shipping plus a 10% restocking fee (minimum of $5).
Refunds will be issued as store credit only.
If you want the item again, you’ll need to place a new order (and if it’s under $75, free shipping won’t apply).

⏳ Backordered Items:

Sometimes an item you love might be on backorder (out of stock but coming back soon!).
If you snag something on backorder, we’ll ship it as soon as it’s back in stock. Want an ETA? Shoot us an email!

🌎 International Shipping:

Currently, we ship within the U.S. & Canada only.
In the future, we’ll be rolling up and shipping out internationally—stay tuned!
Reminder: Customs rules vary by country, and we’re not responsible if adult products are restricted, refused, or confiscated by customs.

🚫 Brand Restrictions:

Some brands don’t allow us to sell their products outside of the U.S.
Our system should block checkout if that’s the case, but if you run into any issues, holler at us.

❌ Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:

Horny Stoner is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they leave our warehouse.
We provide tracking info as soon as your order ships. Keep an eye on it!
If its lost in transit please reach out. If it's been delivered, keep reading!

If your package is missing, here’s what you need to do:
- If tracking says delivered: We recommend checking with neighbors or your local carrier/post office. Unfortunately, claims can't be filed once an item is marked as delivered.
- If tracking shows lost in transit: Contact the shipping carrier and file a claim for the insured amount. You can also reach out to us for assistance.

Tip: Visiting your local post office in person can be faster than filing online.

🧠Changed Your Mind?

No worries. It happens.

If you decide your order isn't for you, that's totally okay. Just make sure you keep the original shipping box your order arrived in. We need the entire package returned in that original shipping box—not just the product or its retail packaging.

The best-case scenario? The package is completely unopened. But if curiosity got the better of you and you peeked inside, we won't be too mad. 😅 As long as you haven't opened or used any of the products, simply seal everything back up in the original shipping box and send it back to our warehouse without handling anything else.

Please don't throw away the shipping box until you're sure you're keeping your order. Our warehouse uses the information on that box to process returns, and without it, we won't be able to accept the return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund according to our standard return policy.
