💔 Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives broken or defective, don’t stress, we’ve got your back. We offer exact exchanges within 30 days of delivery for any defective or damaged items.

📦 Unopened Returns & Refused Deliveries
If your entire package is unopened and returned to sender or refused at delivery, we will accept the return. Just a heads-up: “unopened” means the entire shipping package is sealed—not just the product box inside.
Because of the health and safety risks involved with intimate products, we cannot accept returns for anything that’s been opened, even if it’s “unused.”
🧾 What If My Package Was Marked Delivered But I Didn’t Get It?
Once your package is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for stolen or lost mail. You’ll need to file a claim with your local postal service or police department. We wish we could help more, but sadly, we don’t have GPS on every package once it hits your mailbox.
If your package was lost or damaged in transit before delivery, we will help you file a claim and make sure you get a replacement. Just reach out!
🛠 If It’s Not Defective… Just Disappointing
If your toy isn’t defective but it’s just not it, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges. But we still want to hear about it! We take product quality seriously, and if a toy gets more than two complaints, we pull it from our lineup. Your feedback keeps our shop stocked with only the best vibes.
