If you are unsatisfied with your order, it can be returned for store credit within 30 days of the USPS delivery date. We do not refund at this time.
All returns must be sent back unused in their original packaging. We do not accept returns on lingerie or swimwear. All sale items are considered final sales. Items returned used, with stains, odor, excessive hair, damage, or past the 30-day mark will be seized. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive your return, you will receive a full store credit within 7 business days. The store credit does not include the original shipping costs paid. If a customer receives a damaged item and the damage affects the functionality of the product, the customer will receive a replacement, and if not in stock, a store credit will be issued. When contacting us about a damaged item please include a photo of the damaged item, packing slip, and packaging for faster service. You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged item in order to receive a replacement free of charge. We will base when your package was delivered on the tracking number attached to your order. The damaged item must be unused. We do not accept returns on damaged items and a store credit will not be given in the event one is returned to us.
