It's the universal screw size for vape cartridges. Almost every prefilled cart is 510 thread, so any 510 battery here will fit it. Magnetic adapters, which most of our batteries include, make swapping carts quick.

• Make sure the battery is charged and the cart is screwed on snugly, but don't overtighten it.
• Wipe the contacts with a cotton swab.
• Try a higher voltage, or use the preheat function to warm up thick oil.
• If it still won't hit, try another cart to rule out a dud.

Wait until it's cool. Then wipe the mouthpiece, oven, or bowl with a cotton swab dipped in isopropyl alcohol. Never submerge the battery or electronics. Glass attachments can soak in iso and salt like a bong. Cleaning regularly means better flavor and a longer-lasting device.
